One of my neighbors noticed that I wear a Pentagram Necklace. She asked me about it and I responded with pride that I am Wiccan.
She asked if my 4 year old son was being raised that way. I politely asked why. She commented that it may not be worth the "finger pointing" he will have to endure. I told her to mind her own business and not to worry as to how I raise my children.
My question is:
Do you think that there is still that much ignorance in the world? Should I keep my beliefs "tucked inside my shirt"? |
