Would you settle for the newest version of windows? Or would you prefer windows XP?

Since windows vista has come out I've been hearing so much bad things about it like it doesn't allow you to do certain things and doesn't let you play some games unlike windows XP.

I myself think that windows XP is awhole heck of alot better than vista.
But I would like to get your point of view on things before I do a full system do over.

Let me know if you have had any problems with vista.
