Ok I had the same job for over 11 years now.Pretty good money and all but last Thanksgiving we had a fire.Burned down half of the plant.We have no work to do but the owner still pays us our 4 regular 40 hour week if we work or not.But I have lost around 25,000 in overtime and my pockets hurt.Should I look for new job or stick it out and be loyal to the company..
