My work may be closing before the end of the year. Owner wants to retire.
I have been here for over 29 years.
I have been looking to see whats out there and the job offers I have received are way less than I am making now.
Should I hold out and though the end and make my regular salary for the remainder, jump ship and take a job making way less (we are talking around $20k a year) or hope a better job offer appears before the company closes?? |
