Here is the situation..you have a job and your choice is to work 8-4:30 with half hour lunch or work 8-5 and get an hour lunch. Which would you choose?
Also note that if you choose to do 8-4:30, you often get stuck in the office until 5-5:30. (You are hourly so anything over 40 hours is overtime.)
