True Story!
This was a story in the local newspaper.
A police officer sitting in a parking lot across from a bar close to closing time noticed a guy stumbling out of the bar. He went to 3 or 4 different cars trying his keys before finding his car. He opened the door, fell inside. He waited for a few minutes and a few people left the bar. He started his car, turned on the windshield wipers even though it wasnt raining, then turned them off again, turned on the blinkers and back off. A few more people left the bar. He put his car in gear, went forward for a few feet, then reverse and went backwards a few feet then waited for a few more minutes. Again more people left the bar, the bar was now empty. The guy then slowley proceeded out of the parking lot and the officer pulled in behind him and turned on his lights. The guy promptly pulled over. The officer took his license, insurance and registration. when the officer gave him a breathalyser test it showed no signs of alcohol at all. The officer then explained he needed to take him to the office because his tester was broken. The guy says "No it's not broken, I have had nothing to drink" I am the D.D. the cop asks what is the D.D.?
He responds " The designated Decoy!"
