A Mothers Love
A mothers love for her children
No matter how many she has,
Is something no other love is like
No matter how life shall pass.
Each child a mother has
Has their own unique kind of love,
The words found to describe each ones uniqueness
Can only come from God above.
A mother watches and protects her children
Watching them change and grow everyday,
Not even able to begin to fathom
What would happen if they were taken away.
There are many things in life
That could cause a mother to lose a child,
But its something a mother takes for granted
Because the thought of it could drive her wild.
The pain a mother feels for her child
Whos no longer living in her home,
Is a pain there are no words for
And a pain that stands alone.
If a mother loses a child
No matter if to death or Dad,
The grief a mother carries with her
Could eventually drive her mad.
When a mother loses a child
For whatever reason it may be,
Usually a mother never stops fighting for that child
Until they are back with her safely.
The love a mother has for all of her children
Is something she needs to show them everyday,
Because shell never know for sure
When tomorrow might be taken away.
