This is a re-write, as I wrote this for friends only by mistake last time.
Here Goes-
I am still very upset over the late, great George Carlin's death, at 71. To me, he was a legend in his own time, not afraid to tell it how it is and add alot of honesty to comedy.
His views on society, people and politics were astounding and I trully believe that although crude at times, his stand-up comedy is absolutely amazing and really makes you look at how things are in perspective.
What do you think?
Was he an absolutely amazing comedian, or just a bad-mouthed troublemaker? |
