I have my first court date in my long awaited divorce hearing. My ex gave me the papers which are not very close to what I agreed to. While I have already decided to go ahead and fight her on most of the things, my question is whether I should go for custody?
I have 3 to 4 days off a week and have my 8 year old daughter usually 2 day a week regardless of whether or not is my weekend. I have payed child support since before I moved out so she could have an idea of her income. She wants more money and is making threats to with hold some rights if I don't agree. I don't want to put my daughter through it but I'm getting backed into a corner.
I need some input.... |
