While a friend of mine was screwing around on a comp at work he started looking at the dept. of corrections website. Long story short, he came across a co-worker's name and photo. The co-worker is someone that most everyone gets along with, doesn't fit the sterotypical pedophile look. The offense took place in the early 90's and involved a 9 year old girl. Since finding this out I have changed departments and wont seet he guy much if at all. I didn't change positions due to the finding, just a scheduled promotion. But it bothers me a little since he asked me to his house along with my daughter. I considered this guy a friend and would like to belive that there is a rational explanation for it. Bu then again everyone on the Sex Offender list has a story about how it was BS.
Should I ask the guy what happened?
or.....
Should I just let it go?
