Ok i'm a cna and I work at a nursing home. In the last three weeks I have lost to residents that I have gotten close to and another two wont make it till Christmas. My thing is I don't think I can handle it. I have been told that I should be happy that I'm there when they go. They didn't die alone. I love my work yeah i bitch but i love what I do. My question to you is should I find a new job or just deal with and be happy that I am there when they go.
