I wanted to know what you would do. Yesterday I posted a bully regarding a boy that went missing and as it turns out him and his friend were playing by a sump pump when it caved in. His friend made up a story of him being shot and kidnapped and had a amber alert issued. Now later that day they found the boys body and they say that had his friend went and got help he may have lived. My question is would you want the friend ( both boys are 9) to pay for not telling and getting help or let him off he has went through enough
